NiceJob is Zimbabwe’s freelance marketplace. Clients post projects or book fixed-price services; freelancers get discovered, send proposals, and build a reputation on verified reviews. One free account does both.
Nothing on the work itself. Creating an account, browsing, messaging, and applying are free, and NiceJob takes 0% commission — unlike marketplaces that deduct around 10%. We earn from optional plans and paid visibility boosts instead.
Directly between you and the other party. NiceJob does not hold funds or process job payments, so you agree the price and method — cash, EcoCash, bank transfer — and settle it yourselves. Nothing is deducted.
