Nothing on the work itself. Creating an account, browsing, messaging, and applying are free, and NiceJob takes 0% commission — unlike marketplaces that deduct around 10%. We earn from optional plans and paid visibility boosts instead.

Directly between you and the other party. NiceJob does not hold funds or process job payments, so you agree the price and method — cash, EcoCash, bank transfer — and settle it yourselves. Nothing is deducted.

After a completed project or booking, both sides review each other. Because we do not process payments, that two-way record is the trust signal — so we tie reviews to real bookings and applications rather than letting anyone rate anyone.

No — and that is the difference. Alongside remote work like design and development, you can hire in person: plumbers, electricians, carpenters, caterers. Freelancers set a service radius so you see who actually covers your area.
